A series of newly proposed ballot measures would destroy common-sense policies that have increased patient safety, strengthened access to health care and contained costs in Colorado for the last 40 years. These initiatives threaten to make health care more expensive, harder to find and less safe. Senate Bill 130 is the reasonable alternative we can pass this legislative session.
